At Kelowna Baskets, superior customer service is our number one goal. We strive to deliver all orders the same day received. Kelowna Baskets currently offers a delivery service not a courier service, therefore we make personal contact with each local recipient.

Shipping

Cost of shipping in Canada varies according to the size and destination of basket.

Standard delivery is through Purolator Ground Service. Arrival of basket varies depending of location of delivery. The shipping time does not necessarily include the day the order is placed. For major centers approximate time of delivery is:

BC/Alberta:  1 - 3 days
Saskatchewan/Manitoba: 2 - 5 days
Ontario/ Quebec:  4 - 6 days
Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & Prince Edward Island:  5 -9 days
Yukon & Northwest Territories: 7 -10 days

The Courier ships Monday through Friday, therefore, if your order is placed later Friday it will not be shipped until Monday.

It is very important that the Gift Basket Receiver's Name, Phone Number and Postal Code is included. Please make sure addresses are correctly entered because the courier will charge for such errors and therefore that will be applied to your credit card.

If you would like to use your own shipping company, please let us know when placing your order.

Sending Us Delivery Instructions within the Shopping Cart

When purchasing online, please use the "Click here to add a Note to the basket" link within the shopping cart checkout (see image below) to send us the note you want to attach to the basket(s). Please also use this area to provide the address for delivery, and the date you'd like the basket(s) delivered.

Once you click on the link circled in the sample above, a box will open allowing you to type your instructions:

During the busy holiday season your order may take 2 - 3 days. We will make a concerted effort to deliver all Christmas Baskets in a timely manner. Orders will be placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Therefore, we encourage orders to be placed well in advance.
